All of these affidavits and the therapist notes reportedly say "a federal judge" until June 28, 2018 when it becomes Kavanaugh. usat.ly/2NIRCqe
He was already being reported as the likely favorite that day on CNN www-m.cnn.com/2018/06/27/pol… and the NYT had him wired, as a Kennedy clerk, as one of two most likely picks. nytimes.com/2018/06/28/us/…
But last week she told the Washington Post she feared a Kavanaugh nom back in **2016** -- when she was saying "federal judge" to friends -- because: "Kavanaugh was among those mentioned as a possible replacement for Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia."
Except that wasn't true. President Trump had repeatedly promised that the Scalia replacement would come from the list he presented to voters before the election. Kavanaugh was not on that list.

He was added to the list for new vacancies in November 2017.

And now Ford's anachronistic 2016/2017 Scalia seat anxiety has disappeared from her story completely.
This means Ford completely altered her story about **last year** as recently as **this week**.
It's a shame Ford wasn't asked about her anachronistic Scalia seat anxiety described to the WaPo five days ago but vanishing in today's version of her story.
This was another major shift in the story: the anachronistic Scalia seat anxiety went poof.
