It’s an “acceptable” way to access to our unexpressed lives and energy.
It’s always about someone else or something else. And never about you.
So it provides a low risk environment to express energy that is otherwise hidden below the surface.
It keeps you safe.
But the more I find myself getting lost in outrage over others, I feel less aware and accountable.
It seems to be a dangerous trick to play on yourself repeatedly
I worry that brilliant, creative minds are being ruined by a limitless, perpetual sea of anger and outrage.
We need leaders. Artists. Thinkers. Builders
It’s something I need to work on too.
That’s it.
No “advice”.
Hope you will think about it.
