S. 182 of the 1999 Constitution provides that one is disqualified for the governorship election of a state if he/she is 'adjudged to be a lunatic; declared to be of unsound mind'.

But how did @AkinwunmiAmbode get the information he made available to the public?

Did he violate
Did @AkinwunmiAmbode violate his opponent's right to (health) privacy which is guaranteed by 1999 Constitution when he made the information available to the public?

Is Lagos/its Health Ministry not in breach of its duty of care if it makes public a patient's confidential info?
