S. 182 of the 1999 Constitution provides that one is disqualified for the governorship election of a state if he/she is 'adjudged to be a lunatic; declared to be of unsound mind'.

But how did @AkinwunmiAmbode get the information he made available to the public?

Did he violate
Did @AkinwunmiAmbode violate his opponent's right to (health) privacy which is guaranteed by 1999 Constitution when he made the information available to the public?

Is Lagos/its Health Ministry not in breach of its duty of care if it makes public a patient's confidential info?

I was rushing a person to a medical facility at 4am: the Liverpool Rd. at Apapa, Lagos, was BLOCKED by tankers.

Thank God he survived.

He could have died in the blockage.

Emergency services are almost non-functional.

And with your car you can't even attend to an emergency.
I came face to face with the gradual evolution of our society as a failed state.

I have been in Lagos for some days now.

At Apapa, emergency response IS IMPOSSIBLE because someone somewhere is making millions daily from tankers who block major roads.
The Apapa crisis in Lagos makes me understand why 🇳🇬 is rated with Somali, Afghanistan, Syria etc as one of the dangerous places to live in.

Nigerians are living 'dangerously'.

U stand a better chance of living longer & in better health in many African countries than in 🇳🇬.

Generally, the bill of rights applies to what the States may or may not do to citizens w/in their state who are also under the jurisdiction of the United States. Meaning, states can't be more restrictive than the Constitution. It takes 2/3 majority vote to change the constitution
Before I get too deep into the weeds on this #14thAmendment #Constitution debate, I'll posit that @realDonaldTrump didn't actually make this claim as it's being represented, but rather he is looking for legal/Constitutional ways to overcome the HUGE PROBLEM of anchor babies.

One of the most subjective issues to analyse is Political Leadership - partisan, ethnic, religious and most importantly, personal biases - which sometimes even the analyst is unaware of - often creep in and colour how we assess.

What some of us then do is first own our biases.
First step to objectivity then is to first admit that as a human, one is born bias - objectivity is not a natural state of the mind but it can be developed if one acknowledges subjectivity then takes deliberate steps to compensate for those biases.

Some of us go even further...
We go further by proclaiming our biases openly - and I’ve personally put out my bias for the PDP as a member of the party based on convictions.

Over time, another asset we’ve managed to add to our skills in assessing political leadership is the ability to compare leadership.

Why did Dodge City have only one polling place? They blame the Americans w/ Disabilities Act for forcing them to close others.

This now-closed polling place was (of course) not located in areas where the Latino majority of the city lived; no, it was located in the white part of town where I'm sure Latinos are NEVER harassed for no reason whatsoever.
