Eg. Even if this pvt member bill by Satyapal Singh is passed (by 2022 - thats when we capture RS), it will be challenged by seculars in SC who most probably will strike it down- daring NM to amend constitution. Chandrachud will be CJI then. Game this scenario.
The real question is this : do we want to give NaMo the power to amend constitution (it will be needed for overturning various past and coming judgments)?
