Angry democrats always think when taxes are raised by their democratic leaders, that the taxes will be increased on the rich. Nothing could be further from the truth. They don't take the time to fact check their democratic leaders, so they always get it wrong. SAD!
The tax laws are written to protect the rich. They are able to hide more of their money, because they don't have to spend it all to make ends meet. Its always the middle class that suffers.Middle class people need more of their money to live on. This keeps them from protecting it!
The last time we had a serious crash, it was because too many people were living on borrowed money. Many bought houses they could not afford to pay for. The banks went and lent all that money to people who were truly not qualified to borrow it. Hence the crash. Do we want this?
Please friends, stop listening to the voices. Use wisdom. If you can't afford to buy a home, then just rent. Its more important to be able to survive, then it is to know that at any moment, you could lose your home. Owning a home is not that important. Renting can save you a lot!
No one sits down to take the time to do the math on ownership vs. renting. Renting, you have no repair bills. When you own, but really don't own, anything that goes wrong with it, you have to pay for it. Roof, plumbing, electric, etc. It gets quite expensive. Not worth it!
Since most people can barely afford to pay for their monthly house payment, they end up spending 10's of thousands on interest payments. What is the definition of an investment? Something you make money on. What is the definition of a liability? Something you lose money on!
Buy a home today is mostly a liability to almost everyone. Unless you are in the business of flipping homes, you usually spend way more then you make on them. That is a liability. Owning a home is alot like owning cars. You lose, lose, lose. The days of cheap homes are over!
