Excelsior is offering $35 per 1,000 addresses. 85% of the funds will be passed through to the Trump campaign. Parts of the list have been rented to a number of Republican candidates — including Ron DeSantis in Florida and the Senate campaign of Josh Hawley in Missouri.
"Excelsior was incorporated in March, according to Virginia state records. People familiar with the company say that Mr. [Tom] Newhouse controls it, but that the company shares employees with Convergence Media."
