Finally figured out the 80/20 of tracking how I spend my time. Decide what your most important work (MIW) is, and track how many minutes/hours you spend on it per week. ⏳
Once you have a few data points, it's easy to correlate that to your overall life satisfaction. 😁

It doesn't matter what you consider your MIW. It could be writing, programming, meditation, etc. If you have multiple projects that constitute your MIW, sum up the time spent on all of them, Monday to Sunday.
Track this number for a month and take note of how you feel on a low week vs. a great week. I bet you'll feel pretty freaking good when you spend more time on the important things. Optimize your life to increase that number. Bonus points if it's a high ROI activity. 🤟
With time, what you consider your MIW might change. That's okay. The important thing is to keep increasing that number or keeping it high once you're pretty much hitting the ceiling. Wealth is momentum.✨
