@BuzzFeedNews The big question now is what happens with Kennedy off the court. Kennedy wrote Masterpiece (and all of the court's pro-gay rulings since Romer in 1996). The Chief Justice joined Kennedy's opinion in Masterpiece, and was the only justice not to write or join another opinion.
