While I am ultimately holding out for more evidence from the Senator’s accuser, Booker’s dubious past and unchallenged details from the accuser’s statement have kept me paying attention to this story. I think it’s more than a mere baseless claim from an anonymous accuser.
I feel terrible for Booker’s accuser if he’s telling the truth. The left AND right have both done nothing but attack his credibility. Male victims really do get treated worse than their female counterparts.
It would be easier for me to disregard #bathroomBooker’s accuser if I thought it was out of character for Senator Booker to abuse his position and sexually assault a gay man in a restroom.
