Punching Nazis is specific. It is not killing or shooting Nazis. It is not bombing Nazis via mail (and thus endangering blue collar workers). It is not dropping bombs on Nazis and their neighbors or sending military to do so.
Thus, left wing violence and right wing violence are qualitatively different.
Punching Nazis means Nazis have to think before they walk around in swastikas because they might get hit, not that everyone needs to think before they do anything because someone might just try to exterminate them because Trump thinks they bring down the GDP
The left has a lot of ways to talk about not liking the right, but generally leftists are anti-genocide and the ones who aren't don't listen to me for their instructions.
I get that a lot of right wingers didn't get the guillotine references, and thought the left really wanted to eat the rich, but really at this point we mostly just want the rich who cheated to stand trial and be judged fairly, and then go to jail forever.
