Fox's statement banning Chis Farrell over his "rhetoric" was short on specifics. That's probably because the network's programming has been rife with George Soros conspiracy theories and smears for years. mediamatters.org/blog/2018/10/3… 
It's tough to argue that Chris Farrell's comments were unacceptable and Lou Dobbs' have been fine. So Fox just avoids explaining specifically how Farrell's remarks were unacceptable.
A host of other Fox personalities and guests have also floated the falsehood that Soros is behind the caravan, including Maria Bartiromo, Laura Ingraham, Jeanine Pirro, Andrew Napolitano, and GOP congressmen Matt Gaetz of Florida and Louie Gohmert of Texas. Will they be banned?
How about Farrell's Judicial Watch colleague Tom Fitton, who is on Hannity or Dobbs virtually every night?
Fox only acts when its hand is forced. The network has no real standards other than to limit bad publicity as much as possible to keep the money rolling in.
