First off, there's nothing "rapid" about the increase in immigration in Canada. Trudeau is increasing immigration, by 4% on average. Harper's average is ~2%.

And what's this about a CTV headline proclaiming "Trudeau government increasing immigration to 350,000 per year"? They used no such headline. They, rightly, reporter that it would increase to 350,000 *by 2021.* Important context.
And the one that bugs me the most: That Trudeau's levels are 40% above Harper's levels? Horseshit. It's just wrong.

Again, a lobotomy seems better than fact-checking this stupid meme account, but this shit is important. Playing fast and loose with immigration has really serious consequences. Torquing the numbers to freak people out is dangerous. These are people lives. Smarten the fuck up.
Immigrations levels haven't been below 250,000 since 2012. So you're averaging the numbers 2006-2015, and comparing it to projected numbers for 2021?
