If you steal an election, your election is illegitimate.
I'd support a re-run of the election by a neutral international monitoring body after a full re-enfranchisement of all disenfranchised voters and a comprehensive balancing of polling sites, but until that happens it seems reasonable to call Abrams the legitimate governor-elect.
