As experienced legal guys have noted, Mueller is tightening in concentric circles, like rolling up a Mob operation: little fish like Papadop, Russians outside the US, and now ppl who had contact with Wikileaks.

The line, as I've said before is: Russia -> Wikileaks -> various morons and campaign mooks -> senior campaign guys -> Trump family -> Trump.

Whether Mueller ever accuses Trump in that final step, he's pretty much filling in all those blanks. The rest will be up to Congress and the American people. (Cc @Zigmanfreud)
