3. Gitson warned PS Njoroge & GoK in '17 that this corruption would become public. Being an election year, GoK panicked & created an incontrovertible paper trail, which can be found in JR 324 of 2018. Mr. Fazal is trying (poorly) to run interference on this case.

5. The grid line was valued at Sh18B. When ISOLUX went bust, it had completed 70%. Why did the Chinese firm appointed to complete the 30% want Sh12.5B, which is 62% of the initial budget, for ONLY 30% of the work?

13. Now, consider that LTWP paid Sh10/acre for 150K acres while Gitson insisted on paying Sh50/acre. LTWP is sharing NO profits with the host community (Gitson offered 2.5%). Still it brags about CSR that exceeds Marsabit County's dev expenditure. How parochial!
