After taking a critical look at Avenatti’s past and the evidence presented, my guess is that a domestic dispute occurred between Avenatti & Miniutti. Miniutti was likely bribed into silence while Avenatti used the confusion over his wives and Jacob Wohl to deflect from the truth.
While that’s an unsubstantiated assessment of what’s been reported so far, it’s a likely scenario.

I don’t blame the media for not seizing upon the breaking news Mareli Miniutti reportedly filed a restraining order against Michael Avenatti. When he was arrested for domestic violence, they practically covered for him. Now that his alleged victim has a name, they only look worse
