All of the talk about ‘restructuring’ ultimately boils down to this: it’s a task that will be accomplished in the Legislative chambers and in the courts of the land (laws MUST be tested!)
It’s not something to be done by Executive fiat, as many would like you to believe.

This is also why the quality of legislative representation is very important, especially at NASS. The views of our NASS candidates ON restructuring are just as important (if not more important) as the views of the Presidential candidates. But everyone is fixated on Presidentials.
