1. Reposting my @DaTechGuy post from yesterday due to lots of traffic and commentary. datechguyblog.com/2018/11/27/mak…
2. Some commenters at the site and on Instapundit's link to it seem to have trouble with what I'm saying.
3. They are all "no I don't want to stay on Twitter (etc.), you can't make me," and "how dare you suggest such a thing!!!"
4. They are acting as if I'm *not* suggesting, but demanding that they obey me. (Makes me wonder what these guys' home lives are like.)
5. So let me say this: stay on Twitter -- or don't. It's every individual's personal choice. You'll notice that I don't begrudge Glenn Reynold's decision to deactivate his account, although I hope he comes back.
6. Fight the battle of information your way -- or have a seat, if that's what you want.
7. Recently, I posted about my biological father, a Kenyan journalist who, as a young man, fought much tougher information battles than being suspended from Twitter. But I'm not judging you, and, really, even if I were, you shouldn't give a rat's ass.
9. But it's one thing to lose the information battle after giving it all you have and a whole other thing to lose it by preemptively surrendering.
10. So, maybe I AM judging you.
11. But I'm just some broad on the Internet -- an old broad at that.

You. do you. Be at peace with your decisions in this matter and with all other matters.
12. To end, for those who feel the strange, compelling urge to do whatever I say, please hit my tip jar or hit @DaTechGuyblog 's tip jar. Or why not both?
13. And, yes, I know you're judging me about that last one, but consider the millions that our ideological opponents generate to get their messages out. We don't require that -- though it would be nice.
14. Thanks for staying in the battle/supporting the battle/being entertained by the battle.

As I said before, we all have our individual places in life.
