Indian judiciary regularly turns Shakespeare and coins bizarre words, inviting arbitration by the Oxford dictionary to interpret what the hell those words mean. This, it ultimately mortgages Indian sovereignty to Oxford, and thereby to the British queen.
It is unacceptable that a sovereign country like India does not have the primary text of its constitution in its own languages. The situation is so ridiculous that nobody even realizes it !
