2/ All defendants have refused to accept the lawsuit document via email and are demanding to be served a copy by the sheriffs in an expensive process to try to slow down the lawsuit and make it more expensive for us. These are your GA election officials!
3/ We are concerned about continuing destruction of electronic evidence as counties use machines that are supposed to be idled for one month after the Nov 6 election in the event of an election contest--like the CGG v. 5/ It's obvious to anyone with a computer that if you update the files/programs (to run a new election) that you are altering the internal memory of the computer. It's hard to replicate errors that the old election software caused if you load new programs. Preservation required.
6/ Yet SOS and counties deny that they are altering the internal memory by loading new programs for the new election, all the while destroying evidence. Defies common sense--unless they have something to hide. They could have easily used paper ballots in the Dec. election.
7/ Even after all the problems in Nov., not one county's bi-partisan election board would stop the electronic record destruction and use paper ballots. Our lawsuit will expose scores of machine problems that are occurring on widespread basis.
8/ We want to get to the bottom of why such major anomalies exist in the Lt. Gov race where apparently some machines did not include that race on the ballot. We also want to explore why some machines had bizarre results on other vote counts. This will be a tough battle with state
