AG makes light work of the UK Govt argument that this question of #Art50 revocation was purely hypothetical and therefore that the Court should not rule on it. 
The AG considers the Court should decide that the UK can unilaterally revoke #Art50 provided:
- in accordance with our constitutional requirements
-formally notified to Council
-not an abusive practice.

The AG also expressly rejects the Council & Commission’s contention that revocation can only be with the unanimous consent of the Member States, since that would risk the member state being made to leave against its will.
Looks like there is lots of interesting stuff about the national identity of Member States and the reason for #Art50 which I will have to read tonight.
