Startup 1 - Zipsell, open source project so it's ticking along by itself. Plenty of features I could add, but I'm not commercially motivated to do so, which means all things considered this is a lower priority.

Startup 2 - Promomatic, it's doing one or two paid transactions a day, which I'm really happy about. If I set aside some time to improve and properly market this tool, it could turn into a decent revenue stream.
Startup 3 - Montage, biggest response so far. Thousands of signups, lots of potential. No revenue as I'm not charging for it yet. I have a ton of features I want to build and ways to take this to the next level.
Trying to decide how to allocate time between Promomatic, Montage and the new startup I'm working on... is genuinely hard. There's no right or wrong answer.
However, this is a good problem to have. Finding it difficult to allocate your time between multiple projects you think have potential, is a lot more pleasant than not having anything worthwhile to work on. For that reason, I think the 12 startup challenge is great.
