I'd only add: Congressional Republicans actively aided the president's obstruction of all of this, and show little sign of stopping.

And of course none of this even touches Trump’s embrace of far-right nationalism, authoritarianism, fascism, even neo-Nazism, his full-throated bigotry, his retributive policies, his moral vacancy, his total abdication of responsibility in the face of catastrophic climate change.
And, it must be said, that in all of this, too, he is fully aligned with the mainstream of the Republican Party, electeds and voters both.
