So let’s get this straight: The same week Strzok is hired by Mueller he gives a statement to his new boss about a conversation six months ago, they don’t make it official for another month and then they use it to charge @GenFlynn? Conflict of interest? @TheJusticeDept
Is that WHY he was hired? Isn’t this a high paying assignment? Why didn’t they interview him before he was on payroll and where the hell is the ORIGINAL, handwritten 302? #ExonerateGenFlynn

Six months ago, a dear friend was reaching the end of the line. Her only hope was an organ transplant, but she was too weak to get on the waiting list – let alone survive the 7-hour operation. We knew every day we had with her was a gift.
On a grey day in August, I took my mum up to North London to see her. Mum is a retired NHS nurse and spent most of her career in end-of-life care. She's seen it all. And she knew right away that our friend was in a bad way.
I sat in silence as Mum talked to her about care plans, hospice and respite care, and all the other morbid practicalities you hope you'll never have to discuss with someone you love. I knew things were bleak but this was the first time it'd all felt so real and irreversible.

Six months ago I started teaching teenagers from disadvantaged backgrounds. In the end, it was them who taught me.

With students like them you see the whole spectrum of human problems in its rawest form.
It's because they know how to express themselves. Most of them, anyway. They don't sugarcoat, don't hide, they'll tell you to go fuck yourself if you ask them how they are.
And you have to remain calm and loving, otherwise they'll pick your energies up and throw it right back at you.

You really do have to learn what unconditional means.

And also, what authenticity means.
