So here’s the thing. Gov has majority of 13. If PM heads towards no-deal and DUP backs her, it’ll take just 7 Tory MPs to vote against gov & make it fall. 3 have already said they’ll resign whip: Soubry, Boles, Wollaston. 4/5 more and we can end talk of no-deal for good. So, who?
We can make this really easy. We can show gov plainly that they cannot and will not succeed in implementing this policy. So we need moderate Tories to help. @heidiallen75? @JustineGreening? @JDjanogly? @Sandbach? @NickyMorgan01? @spelmanc? Dominic Grieve? We can do it.
Not forgetting, of course, @JoJohnsonUK and @SamGyimah. A basic commitment from all these MPs and we can guarantee that if the government dares to declare a policy of no-deal, the government will terminate itself. We know gov won’t do it: now we just need to prove they can’t.
