Bearish Engulfing Trade Setup in #nifty50

2. What’s the Bearish Engulfing setup :-
i) There must be a uptrend prior to setup.
ii) High of candle is above previous candle high and low is below previous candle low.

3. This is a reversal trade setup. If we are able to catch this in the beginning than we can expect a very favorable Risk Reward ratio.
4. Psychology:- Bulls tried to take the price high with whatever strength they had. Bears were waiting to attack, and as soon as they saw bulls getting weaker near their kingdom (may be resistance zone) they attacked and pushed bulls below previous low.

6. Why Stop Loss:- if there is a fight between bulls and bears then bulls may react, and if it was a trap setup by bulls to suck in bears then they may kill them and take the price higher. You must exit as soon as price crosses engulfing bar high.
7. What you gain what you loose:- If bears are stronger then they will take the price to lower levels giving you good profit. If bulls win you book your loss at stop loss level. No questions asked.
8. Hidden tricks very few shares:- this setup will work the most at confluence levels like trend line or important moving average resistance zone, etc. To learn this you need a practiced eye who views at least 50-100 charts daily.
