.@HallieJackson @maddow on #Mueller report. I distinctly recall OSC said report was to be limited to obstruction. Obstruction was clear but what I think is coming & US AG has no say: NY State computer fraud, kidnapping & money laundering charges.

IMO Mueller charges treason.

I had noticed an artifact in both Russian related Mueller cases. The Russian Defendants viewed their actions as making war on US. If defendants agreed to that conspiracy, IMO, they violated the first clause of 18 USC 2381: "levies war against [the United States]."

To make a case I'd want evidence Trump & crew knew that was Russians' goal. Perhaps intercepts will prove Trump knew it. If so @Trump will face impeachment on treason charges plus 32 states have treason statutes. @realDonaldTrump needs to cut a deal for immunity & resign. Soon.

The immunity deal will require @TheDemocrats agree to pass it. Supremacy Clause makes it easy to do and could save @Trump family wealth. But if it gets messy they will be finished. So here's an exit plan:

1st Pence resigns. I won't go into his criminal exposure but trust me, he's toast.
2nd Mitt Romney is appointed VP and confirmed by House & Senate.
3rd Congress passes bill that allows Trump and family immunity from state and federal prosecution if Trump resigns and agrees

plead guilty to one charge of treason. That's so he can never run again.
4th Deal does not impact tax exposure. Compliance must be done within 180 days from resignation.

There are some other terms but that's the deal. Take it or let the Trump family enter the gates of Hell.
