1. Want to stop #MAGA #BuildTheWall?

@SpeakerPelosi should make funding limited to only funding costs of eminent domain actions on US border. Suits take years & will turn NM, CA, Texas & Arizona against @HouseGOP @SenateGOP @SenSchumer @GOPLeader @senatemajldr.
2. Then put in a claw back trigger. The money will just sit there until we impeach & remove @realDonaldTrump (soon) or at the outside he is out on Jan 20, 2021 for sure because he lost Texas and seat held by @JohnCornyn (who blocks me) due to eminent domain issue.
3. This plan blocks any political bump @realDonaldTrump hopes to get from his steel wall issue and puts the money in what is essentially an escrow pending the end of the Trump Tyranny. @TheDemocrats

1. Breadcrumbs. Does this reflect @TheDemocrats apparent awareness of something related to suing Trump related parties? There is an issue with 18 USC 2520 statute of limitations that has put me on watch for an amendment. There is a chance that they know more than we do. Remember Notice of intent to file amended complaint
2. @TheDemocrats are victim of crimes committed by the Russians & US people associated with the 2016 Russian attack. This complaint does not name @realDonaldTrump individually but there is already sufficient proof from Micheal Cohen to add Individual No 1 as a RICO defendant.
3. I am not expert in US Attorney's obligations to victims but I do believe they get to know things not publicly released. Do Dems know that something is coming soon? Maybe. Maybe not. But I've been expected an amendment if it was if they were told. @Mimirocah1 @maddow @Lawrence

1. @KatyTurNBC @MSNBC just had a guest on from the @BrennanCenter. I missed her name. I think she said that the President could veto a 50 USC 1622 joint resolution ending a declared national emergency. IMO the statute makes no such specific reference to Presidential role in it.
2. I understand the US Const says President must sign resolutions but in the case of War Powers Act I think the President doesn't get a say. Nixon tried to stop it but his veto was overridden. Is @BrennanCenter sure about the power of the President to veto a sec 1622 resolution?
3. Any comment from @tribelaw @neal_katyal or their colleagues would be welcome. @maddow @Lawrence @MaddowBlog

The White House has declared for the first time today that the US Army will be the main contractor building the southern border wall, the Daily Mail reported today.

This is something that we anons, or #Qanon followers, have known about for months now. This was always the plan.
“If the president declares a national emergency, the Army Corps of Engineers will kick into high gear”, a White House official said. “They’re already handing out contracts, and that would speed up a lot.”
