Our Transformation Will Be Evolutionary, Not Revolutionary.

But the evolutionary process can be quickened to shorten its time.

The adventure to transform a nation is a process.For a nation as diverse &complex as Nig.,the process is helplessly long

Making a crucial mental shift from acute short termism to developing a long term perspective on development is a crucial part of the process

The factors that turned us into the nation that we are, are stacked layer after layer, built through decades of iterating and innovating a corruptive culture.

Taking those layers off takes a process. To start building again, block after block, takes a process.

To truncate the process, is to call for a revolution. Revolutions promises quick results, but it doesn’t always turn up with the goods.

For us, such revolutions holds an unbridled potential for unrestrained bloodletting.

The transformation that will alter the status quo& existing paradigms and set a new foundation for a new future can't be done with a quick fix. It’s going to take a process,& we have to trust the process.

What more? It has to be collective and socially inclined

Nature has a process of ushering in change. It’s called evolution. Most times, we don’t like nature’s way, because it takes time. Yet, evolution is a process too, the process.

It may be long, but it's most times unavoidable. We must evolve socially, culturally and politically.

We can’t match nature’s patience, but we can evolve and do so quickly. But we must embrace evolution – the process, until we attain our ultimate objectives.

We can quicken the process by learning fast, iterating and refining our methods and models.

As a movement, we understand this. We won’t attain all our objectives in a day, or even a year. In fact, we are not yet THE MOVEMENT that can attain those objectives. That in itself, is a process

For a solution to scale this way, it must be community driven,&the community must've a basic sense of ownership over d process.

Rather, we’ll hone our strategies &explore new opportunities of achieving our goals &reach out for new possibilities.
