Life isn't fair, and not everyone has the good fortune to be followed by @JacobAWohl. Let's take a look at one of the few accounts to earn this rare honor: @AngeleStar11, a pro-Trump account with 32.8K followers.

This support does not extend to the rest of the GOP - with the exception of the White House's present dubious occupant, @AngeleStar11 expresses distaste with most individuals and groups on both sides of the political aisle. Note the repetitive phrasing.
What else does @AngeleStar11 tweet about? 44.4% of tweets contain one or more of the terms shown in this chart; "Trump", "Obama", "deep state", and "fake news" categories are the most common. Speaking of fake news, almost all their media links are to right-wing conspiracy sites.
This figure shows @AngeleStar11's tweet schedule since the creation of the account in May. It's up for debate whether or not this tweet activity precludes the claim to be working as a Nurse (sic). Some other odd aspects of the account are less debatable, however. . .
Reverse image search can be illuminating, and doesn't let us down here. It's unclear where exactly @AngeleStar11's user picture is borrowed from, since it's in ads all over the internet, but it was likely cribbed from somewhere.
The same is true of @AngeleStar11's cute but apparently hypothetical dog. A quick Google search reveals that this picture was far more likely reached @AngeleStar11 via the "Download" button than a spontaneous canine sidewalk photo op.
