Strongest bit of the letter to Theresa May from Tusk and Juncker. Still nothing like strong enough to do her any good.
It's my reading - maybe wrong - but I take that 2nd par to be suggesting that, as they have said it is supposed to be temporary, an ECJ case on a de-facto permanent backstop could be successful.
That's the closest you'd get to something legal I guess. But I can;t imagine many ERG types being convinced that it was safe because of future ECJ cases.
Anyway - nothing has changed, nothing has changed.
