TESLA’S CLANDESTINE
STORAGE LOTS

There are 2 new storage lots that I found where tsla is hiding inventory for ~6 months. Before I go into detail about them, I’d like to give a brief overview of the locations being discussed in this thread to avoid confusion.
Location overview:
HAWTHORNE- storage lot now at max capacity ~700 cars. Hawthorne lot is not currently sending cars to DC’s
I will prove this later in the thread. See attachments & my timeline for more details/pics. Please note current inventory is in excess of these pics
BURBANK AIRPORT - began storage of cars spring ‘18. Still do to this day, ~60 as of 2 weeks ago. The majority of cars that left this lot(~1200) went directly to DC’s around the country; however, a % went to DTB.
Downtown Burbank (DTB)
Clandestine Location #1
East Cypress Ave & N. 3rd St
An abandoned shopping center. The loading dock, ~50+ below street level, makes it an ideal location to unload cars virtually out of sight. Video gives a decent view of the dock
See Map labeled A. The square is where the cars are stored, a massive multi-level enclosed area above/underground lot with ~1000 cars. Keep in mind the property is over 2 blocks & Tesla is leasing the entire property. It’s a massive vacant mall. Possibly more than 1K cars stored
Notes:
* There are no charging stations
* Pic B shows cars being unloaded in October. The Only items outside are pallets, dumpster & out houses. The rest of the property is surrounded by landscaping, sidewalks & unusable work areas. Why I mention this becomes clearer in next *
* This facility has a more “extended stay” feel to it rather than a place of automotive excellence
* Produced cars go back to August but most are from October November and December. See pic D for example
* The lease began 8/18
* They started moving cars here from Burbank airport 8/18
* Pic C is the exact entrance to loading dock
* Less than 2 miles from Burbank airport
* Feel free to call the leasing agent (949)698-1111
This video follows a semi loading up at Hawthorne, traveling to DTB & unloading during the week of 1/7/19. This has been happening for months from various locations. This could be indisputable proof of hiding cars, lack of demand & producing cars
without buyers which is the complete opposite of their business model.

Clandestine Location #2
3329 Jack Northrop Ave, Hawthorne, CA
Space X & Boring Co Headquarters
A brilliant location for storage b/c of hangers, lots of private property, cameras, security, covered fencing.
I Witnessed shipments but can not confirm exactly how many are here. @elonmusk 1) how many are here 2) Is SpaceX & or Boring Co. billing tsla for storage? 3) how many cars has SpaceX & Boring Co. purchased?
4) why are you storing cars here?
SpaceX security is driving around in $100,000 MS’s. Just curious, did spaceX purchase those at cost or full retail?
@elonmusk what % of the 450K reservations included “customer interest” but no deposit? More specifically, did you book a reservation if someone just called with questions regarding the M3?
Did you instruct your staff to tell potential customers who were inquiring, “hey, you know what, you don’t need to give us a deposit, but we’ll put you down as a reservation”. Maybe we were foolish to think all those reservations had a $1k deposit...
In conclusion, I do my best to answer all questions; unfortunately, I will not be able to answer the following: The breakdown of models, color, AWD, PD, 4WD, exact amount of cars, when they are leaving, do they have defects, paint issues, etc.
I am sorry, but please understand these questions are more suitable for Tesla management, ty
