Today we remember the life and legacy of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Dr. King knew that we could not wait for progress or yield to injustice. He used protest and the power of the word to create change in our nation. 1/x
But we have not yet fulfilled the dream he so powerfully described. And in 2019, we must recommit ourselves to seeking freedom and justice. 2/x
We have the power to create change– by registering to vote, by volunteering in our communities, by speaking up when we witness a wrong or by stepping aside to give the silenced a chance to speak out. 3/x
Together, in big and small ways, we can forge a path forward and build a brighter tomorrow. 4/4
