Mueller's submission on evidence that Manafort lied is a 31-page sworn declaration from FBI agent Jeffrey Weiland, accompanied by a few hundred pages of exhibits. Lots of redactions.
Here's the main document: courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco…
Difficult to get much out of this on a first read, since it's redaction soup.

About half of the document is about Konstantin Kilimnik.
This bit is in the section about Manafort's Trump Administration contacts.

"In May 2018, Manafort was involved in an effort to" (REDACTED).

Mention of a Word document in his iCloud, with a section on "Targets," stating that Manafort will find something out
The May 2018 activity is interesting to me, because it's so late. Manafort was sent to jail the very next month.
The section on Manafort's Trump Admin contacts also cites what Rick Gates has told the government.

Gates said that Manafort claimed to be using intermediaries, including (REDACTED), to get people Trump admin jobs. And claimed to be in touch with (REDACTED) through Feb '18.
This section, about a $125,000 payment tied to Manafort, is reportedly about the pro-Trump Super PAC Rebuilding America Now, and a media firm that did work for it.

There appears to have been some shady stuff going down with commissions.
Cross-referencing this with previous reporting, the claim here appears to be:

"(The PAC's head) hired (the media firm) to do work for the (PAC) on the condition that (the PAC's head) personally receive half of the 6% commission due (the media firm) under the contract."
"____ did not know why ___ directed the money to be paid to Manafort's _____."

I don't know either.
Here's an interesting tidbit in the section about the pro-Trump Super PAC — footnote 3 cites a 302 dated December 12, 2017. Shows that investigators have been interested in this PAC for a while.
Manafort's attorneys said that he handed over his electronic devices to the government, to argue that he was cooperative.

However, government now claims "in more than ten instances" Manafort "did not provide passwords."
