Rick Gates reportedly spoke about the Psy Group proposals with George Birnbaum, a Republican consultant with connections in Israel. Some former Psy Group employees told the Daily Beast they only spoke with Birnbaum and not Gates.

Last year I broke a story about a NYC building deal involving Felix Sater in Dec 2015 while he was negotiating Trump Tower Moscow, but owner of the LLC Sater represented was unknown, today @ScottMStedman found in a letter published by @BuzzFeedNews that Andrey Rozov was the owner
Here's my Oct '18 story about Felix Sater & accountant Ilya Bykov (linked to Aras Agalarov) who represented the owner of 22 W 38th St in a deal that made $8 mil in one year - it turns out the owner is Andrey Rozov, the developer for Trump Tower Moscow
