President Trump’s vigorous defense of the Saudi government in the face of the murder of Jamal Khashoggi raises questions about the Saudis’ role in helping Trump win the election.
In August 2016, a representative of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman met with Don Jr. and an Israeli company, the Psy Group, to offer the Saudi government’s help to the Trump campaign. nytimes.com/2018/05/19/us/…
Psy Group put together a social media disinformation proposal that involved creating fake identities & targeting specific users, similar to Russian disinformation campaigns on Facebook in the 2016 presidential election cycle: int.nyt.com/data/documenth…
Rick Gates, Trump’s deputy campaign manager, sought this proposal from Psy Group & the Saudis paid the company $2 million after Trump won: nytimes.com/2018/10/08/us/…
Saudis wanted to put Trump in office—good for business & good for geopolitics. The facts are deeply troubling & may be behind Trump’s silence now.

Today Barr told me, "there are two different reports… Under the current regulations, the Special Counsel report is confidential. The report that goes public would be a report by the Attorney General." The American people deserve the Mueller Report, not the Barr Report.
Barr wouldn’t even pledge to tell Congress what he edited/deleted from the Special Counsel report before he shares it with Congress & the American people. Not a reassuring pledge of transparency.
From what we saw today, Barr has yet to quell the fear or make the proper commitment that he will not deflect & deny access to the full findings of the Mueller investigation.

Another indictment from SDNY implicating Trump & his closest aides. The President’s son, son-in-law, & campaign manager tried to get “dirt” on Hillary Clinton from a confirmed agent of the Russian government who has now been indicted for obstruction of justice.
Trump allies & sycophants will try to say these charges have nothing to do with collusion, but don’t be fooled: Veselnitskaya is a key player in connecting Trump to Russia, & her indictment spells bad news for him. The next step is cooperation with SDNY & Mueller prosecutors.
Walls closing in for Trump family. NY prosecutors, not just Mueller, on their case.

Because of the #TrumpShutdown, 800,000 workers are not getting paid, but senior officials are receiving a raise? Utterly unfair & another insult to the hardworking men & women currently working w/out pay & forced to make substantial sacrifices while the gov't is closed.
Accepting these raises makes clear these “leaders” fail a basic tenet of leadership—putting what’s best for the group above one’s own self interests.
I will be donating my pay to Homes For The Brave until the shutdown is done. What will top Trump officials do with theirs?

1/ Kushner & Mohammed bin Salman (MbS) have "forged a bond" the last two years. They are both about the same age, both ambitious, both the hidden powers behind their respective thrones, both men of wealth & taste. Born on third base and think they hit a triple, as the joke goes.
2/ In Riyadh last October, on Kushner's sudden unannounced trip, the two stayed up until four in the morning, “swapping stories and planning strategy."

One of the “stories” swapped, apparently, was classified information compiled from the President’s Daily Brief.

The Evidence Obtained Outside Cameras will not show any evidence of ‘tempering’ but other than license plates of dozens of diplomatic cars (Many with tinted windows-large trunks) with related time stamp, drivers Info, model/year: Nothing.
#Turkish Intel-Investigative Bodies also have the list of all Diplomatic & Private Saudi & “other significant’ Planes in #Turkey for the period of ‘interest.’ Many of the Target airports have their own security cameras & related evidence.
