NEW: More Trump State of the Union extracts are out.

He'll pledge cross-party approach.

"The agenda I will lay out this evening is not a Republican Agenda or a Democrat Agenda. It is the agenda of the American People."
Trump will also double down on Syria withdrawal by the looks of it: "Great nations do not fight endless wars."
And for all the bipartisan briefing Trump will take a swipe at opponents of his wall.

"Wealthy politicians and donors push for open borders while living their lives behind walls and gates and guards."

Three things to watch for at Trump’s State of Union address tonight...
1) Will Trump pledge / threaten executive action to build his wall?

President admits little chance of an immigration deal before Feb 15 deadline. Has toyed with declaring national emergency for weeks. But move would trigger court battle and rebellion from Republican senators.
2) Will Trump name date / location for second Kim Jong-un summit?

Easy bit of news to make that reflects well on his presidency (progress on N Korea talks). Meeting due later this month but no specifics yet. Will be in Asia, possibly Vietnam.

Breaking: US is withdrawing from INF treaty - a major nuclear agreement with Russia.

Will suspend its obligations from tomorrow. Treaty will be terminated in 6 months unless Russia stops violating agreement.
Pompeo, the US Secretary of State, says Russia has “brazenly” and “shamelessly” violated terms of the agreement (which bans deployment of intermediate-range missiles).
Trump administration has been threatening to withdraw for some time. In dispute is a Russian missile which US says violates terms but Kremlin doesn't.

Talks have failed to reach consensus, hence announcement.
