Kotri Barrage: Its foundation stone was laid on 13 Feb 1950

Guddu Barrage: It was constructed between 1956 and 1962

Taunsa Barrage: Its construction began in 1953

Warsak Dam: Its construction began in 1956

Baran Dam: Started in 1950s

Before Ayub:

Balloki-Sulemanki Link Canal was established during 1951-54 to deliver water from Ravi to Sutlej

Marala Ravi Link Canal construction began in 1953 and was completed in 1956

Before Ayub:

In 1953 Govt of Pakistan had established an organization for dam sites.
American Engineers were consulted. Places were selected suitable to make dams of Mangla, Tarbela. Feasibility Studies were carried out.

Govt went ahead with the implementation of Mangla Dam Project in 1957.Ayub took power in 1958.
