John Minford, Sun Tzu 1-9 continued:

"Which army is the stronger?

Whose officers and men are better trained?

In which army are rewards and punishments clearest?"

What a list! Let's number the key judgments to be made:

1) The Way
2) General's Ability
3) Heaven and Earth
4) Effective Discipline
5) Stronger Army
6) Better Training
7) Clearer Rewards and Punishments.

I find this list absolutely empowering, and I'm amazed at Sun Tzu's pedagogy, his teaching method. First he teaches us about these forces, defining his terms powerfully, clearly. Second, he passes the baton to us. It is our job to employ his terms in making judgements. Wow!

Let's forget about politics and grand warfare. Pretend you're thinking about signing on with two different companies, as a salesman. These two companies compete, and you have - for our purposes - an essentially equal offer on the table from each. You must choose.

Choosing, consider the exact same seven parameters. Which company is closer to the way you believe a company ought to be run? Which management has greater ability? Which company follows the creative powers of the Heavens, yet translates them into values upon the land better?

Which leadership leads its followers toward greater performance, greater followership, with greater discipline all round? Which sales force is stronger? Which product line stronger? Which outfits trains better? And which company rewards and punishes most clearly, consistently?

It is absolutely critical that we NOT leave Sun Tzu as some mere literary work from the distant past. To do so is to disrespect the very intent and purpose of the document. Worse, it is to face defeat without having completed all that is possible in preparing for victory.

How much of our lives is lost, spent unprepared, accepting unnecessary defeat without thought or regret? Allow me to turn back to #MAGA. I am NOT a Republican. I am a registered independent and cannot yet imagine changing my registration. And here's why.

I see the Republican party as playing games with America, when we are at war for our destiny. I'll give an example. Did you ever see a Republican party advertisement targeted toward Maxine Waters' district, and in support of @RealOmarNavarro? No. Defeat was accepted there.

When we consider the #WarForAmerica2020, and contemplate creating a new form of leadership, I passionately urge that we transform our way of thinking. I propose we must care about every nook and cranny of America. Not just the votes, but the very values of America Herself.

Yet, we MUST care about each and every district, town, city, state and region, and of course, every electoral college vote up to the magical 270 we require, and beyond. I propose that every voting district demonstrates the exact same values that Sun Tzu maps out for us.

On that note, I am proud to promise that I will, during this project, make the connection to @KateScopelliti's and my book again and again. Yes, I am a salesman, myself, and am honored to offer it.

Here's the tie. Kate and I are students of @realDonaldTrump. He created #MAGA, and we believe we have found the true principles upon which he founded our movement. When we attempt to use Sun Tzu's measures, it is these principles that guide us, today. Here they are:

1) Remember the Forgotten Americans
2) Rule of Law
3) American Jobs
4) Quality of Life for Every American
5) Heal Our Cities
6) Build the Wall
7) Make America Wealthy Again
8) Make America Strong Again
9) Make America Safe Again
10) Make America Great Again

Just typing that list, I can hear the Rolling Stones and the children's choir singing, "You can't always get what you want, but if you try real hard, you can get what you need." Can't you hear it?

For me, this is precisely what #WarForAmerica2020 holds at stake.

When we employ Sun Tzu's measures for each voting district across our land, we should care about the needs of every single American in that district. And we must care about who has been forgotten, and whether or not the rule of law is safe there, etcetera.

So that's my case. Sun Tzu teaches us how to win the #WarForAmerica2020. And I am on my hands and knees begging us in the #MAGA movement. Please, please, let us find a cadre of leaders who will step up, one for each district.

Let us find leaders who are ready to follow @realDonaldTrump's lead, embrace his principles, dedicate themselves to more than just the coming election, but to the very destiny of our nation, the well being of our descendants forward, forever.

And let us empower these leaders to be strong in The Way, develop and express their abilities, follow the will of Heaven, while standing strong upon the Earth, build the effective discipline demanded by victory. Leaders who will find their own training and train others.

Let our leaders know that every reward we've enjoyed in all of American history has come at the price of punishments we placed upon those who oppose our nation and its principles. We are all warriors for America.

America will only be safe, again, when our army is the strongest upon the land. I say once again, not just for the vote, but for the well being of every citizen, not just in 2020, but forever forward.

It is this strong army we must build. Stronger than in 2016 and 2018, in order to win the #WarForAmerica2020. We must build the greatest leadership, and forge the greatest movement in our history, if we are to save our future.
