O Verbo Usar é "To Use" ou "To Wear"?

Começando a segunda-feira com um thread rapidinho pra gravar na cabeça! Vem comigo!
De maneira bem simples: quando você quiser dizer “usar” no sentido de vestir (uma roupa, uma jóia) você vai utilizar o verbo “to wear”:

- She wears jeans at work.…….. Ela usa jeans no trabalho.

- I don’t wear glasses in parties….Eu não uso óculos em festas.
Quanto ao verbo “to use”, ele valerá para quando o “usar” não for para peças que você veste:
- Are you going to use that knife?………Você vai usar aquela faca?

- I use this dictionary in class…………..Eu uso esse dicionário em aula.
- She uses the family car on weekends…..Ela usa o carro da família nos finais de semana.
Ficou claro? Acho que sim, né?

Keep studying!
