re-upping this - on gov's 21/1 #Brexit written statement yesterday eve - since not sure the news has cut thru'. Key points as I understand it: 1/
i) Gov will make *another* Brexit written statement by Thurs this wk (24/1), this time under EU(W)A s13(11), which may or may not say s'thing substantive;
ii) the s13(6) motion currently down on Order Paper, expected to be debated 29/1, is *not* the motion that will be debated 2/

iii) the motion that will be debated is this one below, a joint s13(6) and s13(11) motion, as set out in the gov's written statement 21/1;
iv) *MPs will have to re-table their amendments once the gov's joint motion is tabled* 3/

PM didn't mention this (the s13(11) statement/joint motion) in her HoC oral statement y'day (which referred only to s13(4)-13(6) obligations). What we've got now leaves several Qs (& I note Stephen Barclay is up before @LordsEUCom tomorrow & it's HoC DExEU Qs on Thurs....) /ends
