I forward to this lawsuit. There are few things I enjoy more than:

- non-lawyers talking about libel law
- being threatened with lawsuits for ?
- "celebrity lawyers"
- mass torts (the pastries, not the legal kind)

I'll be very disappointed if this doesn't happen.
Maybe @RespectableLaw can defend me when they file suit against me for "having an opinion" and "not apologizing!"

Can you at least have @Barnes_Law send me awkwardly worded cease and desist first?
Man, typos everywhere.

Lesson is - don't tweet while coughing up a lung. (Allergies are bad this year)

"But, I met Snoop Dogg and he said it was cool." - No, and no he didn't. I asked.

"But I was re-enacting a minstrel show." - No Stop Don't. This is why Blackface is not ok in the first place
And while we're here. Also NEVER ok:

- making "Asian eyes"
- saying "ching-chong" to Asian people
- asking if Asian people can make you "flied lice"

(All of these things have happened to me while I've been an adult. Some while I've been elected as a state official.)

Sancocho de Cola - oxtail stew!

A Friday ONLY special. I've been waiting for the right time to order this for a long time.

A beautiful crisp beefy broth filled with plantains, potatoes, and other soft starches.

The oxtail is soft and incredibly meaty. Very satisfying.
I "had" to add a Chicharron & Arepa.

Deep fried pork belly. It's a cheap and simple dish, but it's a great filler to go along with the soup.

How can you go wrong with crunchy fried pork?

@ThomasKlineMD Is not supposed to lobby or try to influence legislation&or public opinion, reason that stood out is we filed for 501(c)(3) status earlier this yr, so got a lot of questions&also from what I've been reading it sounds like that person is not only hurting disabled vets&families,

1. This is the story about the crisis facing U.S. nuclear power, 10% of which will be lost by 2025 unless immediate action is taken.

The nuclear plants threatened with closure are small, single-unit plants — and there's an obvious reason for that.
2. Last week, the owner of the Duane Arnold nuclear plant in Iowa, NextEra, announced it had secretly negotiated a deal with a state electric utility to close the plant early.
3. If all of the announced nuclear closures go forward, the total number of operating reactors in the United States will decline precipitously — from 99 to 89 — by 2025.

1/ Now that Daniels' main lawsuit against Trump is frozen for at least 90 days, Daniels filed a lawsuit suing Trump for defamation, claiming that Trump defamed her by calling her allegations about being threatened (and the sketch she released of her assailant) were a "con job."
2/ You can sue someone for defamation when they carelessly make a false statement about you in public that damages you. Certain types of lies, such as lying about you committing a crime, are presumed to be damaging.

1. BREAKING: looks like Trump's picciotto Michael Cohen was THREATENING an agent, Gina Rodriguez, with ending her career, in 2011, if she went forward with plan to allow Stormy Daniels to tell her story re: Trump.
2. Gina Rodriguez's ex husband, Randy Spears, told WaPo the whole story, as OOPSIE for Cohen, HE picked up the phone when Cohen called Rodriguez after she arranged for Stormy to tell her story to a celeb publication and earn $15k.
3. Cohen told Spears "You tell Gina that if she ever wants to work in this town again, she’ll call me immediately". Rodriguez, instead, called her lawyer.
