Narcissists put people on tilt. They get people off balance and then use that leverage against them.

Nancy Pelosi is beating Trump at his own game. She’s pushing his buttons. Working his weaknesses. Poking at his vulnerabilities.

And the key: she’s doing it without emotion.

Pelosi is putting on a master class in managing a severe narcisssist.

- Flat, emotionless actions and reactions

- Rejection of the narcissist’s demands for deference and acquiescence

- Refusal to be pulled off topic

- Flashing the ability to shame the narc

She’s a pro.

The last of those is dicey and isn’t wise in domestic situations with a potentially threatening or violent narcissist.

In a professional setting though, the ability to hit the narc where it hurts is a solid brushback.

Pelosi is showing the teeth just enough and just right.

The truth is I don’t remember exactly when I got depressed or why but I’m going to try to explain it, my failed attempts at getting help, and how I feel now.
2/ I should start by saying I know I’m not a good looking person. It used to be one of the main reasons I was unhappy but I’ve come to terms with it. Years on hotornot netted me a 4.1/10 which is somewhere between Steve Buscemi and an Orc. I grew facial hair to hide most of that.
3/. Anyways, 1997 is the year I fell into a seemingly bottomless pit. After Spending my entire life previously living in a nice rich town with the same people, but struggling to make friends...I got into 8th grade and finally started to fit in.
