@pokpokpdx Yesterday morning we ordered a wings platter online for 2:30 pickup at your Barbur location. When we arrived at 3pm, there were fifteen people waiting and our order wasn't ready. Finally got it at 3:30 (and so missed the Super Bowl kick-off).

PLEASE NOTE: The staff couldn't have been nicer, more professional, or hard-working. The customers also were very understanding. And our wings were delicious!

@pokpokpdx 3/ I'm guessing that the automated ordering system didn't have a cutoff when the store's production capacity was exceeded, and that some poor human logged on that morning, realized they suddenly were committed to making a billion wings, and went, "oh, crap.". :-)
@pokpokpdx 4/ Again: even under pressure, your crew did a great job! And the woman apparently in charge was a real pro: unflustered, apologetic, personable. Give her a raise!
