I want to remind you all of this as you see one after the other news report of the Pope’s “historic” sermon in the #UAE, with countless pictures of teary-eyed women and reminders of “pledges of fraternity” cbsnews.com/news/pope-fran…
Keep your “pledges of fraternity.” Where are the pledges to women from all these patriarchs in robes?
So, yeah. The patriarchs in robes can kiss and hold hands all they want as they pledge undying love to the “fraternity.” They are still dangerous to the sorority. 
“Pledges of fraternity” aka Fuck women and children.
Anyone who feels the need to defend Francis & the Vatican: note I had a shot too at my patriarch in a robe (the sheikh of al-Azhar) as well as the UAE patriarch in a robe.
So please, media: when you wax lyrical about these “historic pledges of fraternity” - in whose name are these pledges made? Who benefits from these pledges? What history is made?
