BTW @EmpireFOX stole the premise of the show from an older, badass, black woman based on her real life story. She tried to sue but as all networks do, they out litigated her. Very sad story. #CancelEmpire

Anyway I hope Empire gets cancelled, bunch of a-holes. Oh and Jussie plays Sophia’s real life brother who was gay, they seriously stole her entire story. So lame. Can tell you from personal experience, when this happens in Hollywood: You’re f**ked.
Last thing: these lawsuits happen often many are baseless but she had proof that Lee Daniels was given a copy of her movie and documented the similarities in-depth. Judge found her credible as well.

1-You might be wondering what I am doing here on New Year's Eve AND on my husband's birthday.
Truth is, we were celebrating a lot yesterday. in fact, we have been celebrating a lot for the last week or so, so today we are pretty hangover.
We went to bed around 5am last night

This is going take us around the houses a bit but, to briefly explain the point: this is how the Hollywood Strikes of 1988 and 2007 accidentally upended the world of television, news, politics and, arguably, even reality itself...
On March 7th 1988, ~9,000 American TV and film writers went on strike over a dispute regarding residuals payments. They downed tools and refused to give film studios and TV networks any new scripts to shoot from until the issue was resolved. The strike lasted five months.
As TV networks weren't getting any new episodes of their hit shows in that time (and audiences very quickly grew tired of repeats) the networks were in desperate need of some way to generate new on-screen content. Content that, crucially, didn't require writers...

THREAD showing evidence I've come across that suggests the recent murder of a young Jewish man in California was committed by a neo-Nazi, possibly as a politically motivated killing. (Sat on this for a week waiting on editors but now bits of the info are already out, so fuck it).
On January 2nd a 19-year-old Jewish man went missing in southern California. He turned up dead on Jan 9th, buried in a shallow grave in Borrego Park (wikimapia.org/#lang=en&lat=3…). A former class-mate was arrested on suspicion of the murder on Jan 12th.
The deceased is Blaze Bernstein and the suspected killer--now charged with the murder--is Sam Woodward, 20. (Referred to here on out as Blaze and Sam). See the next tweet for the LA Times story.

#Women have much greater #hormonal fluctuations each month than #men do. Simply put, a woman's thought life and #emotions are more prone to high highs, and low lows. This isn't a "design flaw" but rather how #God made a #woman to be in touch with the needs of small #children.
Nothing is more short-sighted as a #man than viewing a #woman as an "overly emotional" or "flawed" version of a man's thought process or #emotions. A woman that does not let her emotions out will become very #passiveaggressive, #depressed or #angry. Your job is to be an #outlet.
