Hi, big anti-depressant taker and fan here. Wanted to talk a little bit about what Caroline Flack has said and why it is dangerous, in my opinion.
Caroline has every right to feel how she feels about ADs, firstly, but they don’t stop you from being happy, they don’t suppress feelings or stop you from feeling. Typically depressing is a lack of happy chemicals in the brain, ADs top this up. It balances you out.
When I was non-medicated and very depressed I basically felt numb and nothing, was interesting in nothing and wanted to do nothing. ADs picked me up to a level ground, so I could do my life but I can still also feel everything? Happiness, sadness. I still have depressive episodes

The 70s BULK Program

This is simple as it get, this program prioritizes squats, deadlifts, rows, presses, and chins/pullups. You do these compound movements, and then you do some DB and bodyweight movements afterwards for further building
There are no machines, no cables, no complicated rep schemes.

You are only training 4 days a week, but the workouts are pretty brutal. Y

you will be tired, you will be sore

expect to be in the gym for a solid hour. Each workout is 25 total sets
Program Diet

-Eat 3 meals a day
-Eat your bodyweight x 16 in calories on training days, 12x on non training days
-Each meal should have at least 8oz of protein, plus a sizeable amount of carbs. Dont worry about fat

Jimin wouldn’t allow himself to be trapped on his shift for any longer than necessary.

“Go, go,” Taehyung hurried, taking Jimin’s apron to let him slip out from behind the counter more quickly. Jimin decided he could get the grounds out from under his nails at home.
This morning had been absolute hell. Two girls ordered seven drinks, Jimin made them all only for them to say they were supposed to be with almond milk.

‘Oh I’m so sorry,’ was he all he had legally been allowed to say at the time, while his mind had far more colorful ideas.
With Jimin officially clocked out, he slumped on the customer side of the now empty service counter, looking to his friend with tired eyes.

“You wanna grab dinner later?”
“I can’t, remem—?
“Ah, right...”

Jimin’s disappointment vanished as Taehyung suddenly smiled to himself.

I got up at 6am yesterday. Shortly before going to bed last night, #Efail broke. Since then I've been deluged in messages from very scared people who have wanted and needed to hear things are not as bad as they're being made out to be. 1/
I am literally hallucinating from sleep deprivation. I'm still here. Still answering DMs, emails, Google Hangout messages, Signal messages, more. I'm talking to journalists who are trying to get another take.

This is why responsible disclosure is so necessary. Irresponsible disclosure terrifies people. It might be good for clicks and pageviews, but we all pay the price for it in lost sleep. 3/

It’s Saturday evening. Time to talk about prayer. There are many kinds of prayer, but I don’t think people really understand how to pray. Jesus gave us an example in the Lord’s prayer, but few seem to have noticed, he said, “This is HOW you should pray”, not WHAT you should pray.
Yet in churches and fellowships worldwide, this prayer is spoken over and over again. It’s as if no one ever read the words that precede the prayer. I remember a prayer from my youth. We prayed it every night when going to bed. “Now I lay me down to sleep, I pray the Lord my soul
to keep. If I should die before I wake, I pray the Lord my soul to take.” What kind of prayer is that to teach a child? If I should die before I wake? Really? I think God winces every time he hears that prayer. He longs, more than anything else, to have a personal relationship
