1n This is the kind of meaningless mumbo-jumbo these jokers plan to regale parliament with. The questions @ianuragthakur should ask are 1) does @Twitter's "specialised" global team have political diversity & is it 50-50 right & left & if so what is the definition of L & R used
2n 2nd by "specialised global team" is @jack implying that @TwitterIndia & the Indian legal system are incapable of monitoring & adjuducating Indian discussions that have to be moderated by blessed white foreigners from abroad bypassing Indian laws cc @ianuragthakur
3n 3rd how is this so called "specialised global team" trained in Indian vernacular written in the Roman script & native scripts? What legal guidelines do they follow & why are those guidelines never made public & specific. 4th how are blue ticks determined... cc @ianuragthakur
4n ...give a list of blue ticks given out in India, with internal emails detailing the reasons & criteria thereof specifically why a string of Kashmiri separatists with 100 or so followers were proactively given blue ticks by Raheel. What rules are applied & process followed
5n 5 the macro question asked FIRST should be "does Twitter consider itself a technology platform OR a media platform". If former it has ZERO leeway on subjective bans. If it's the latter then it amounts to 100% foreign media ownership in India....
6n which BY LAW CANNOT BE OVER 26%. Hence @TwitterIndia exists and operates in India in BLATANT violation of extant Indian laws & it's admission of FOREIGN EDITORIAL CONTROL is tantamount to external interference in internal politics which in itself would constitute ESPIONAGE 
7n 6th it appears some blue ticks are awarded on the basis of commercial contracts. If so @TwitterIndia should provide a full list of contacts it has entered into in or concerning India and for the Parliamentary panel to decide if this comes under the ambit of #PaidNews IF ..
8n IF Twitter claims they are either a media or media-tech intersectional company
