Analyst Craig Moffett believes Dish's argument that growing an OTT business as its satellite TV base wanes is "a bit thin" since gross margins on Sling TV "are likely close to zero." lightreading.com/video/video-se… They do own terrestrial wireless spectrum. What will they do with it?
