This theory, known as the Doctrine of the President's Two Bodies, was first outlined by the felicitously named @EVKontorovich, who argued in 2017 that the courts could not hold against President Trump the statements and tweets of Candidate Trump.

But can the Doctrine also apply to statements made while in office? Has Candidate Trump died a natural Death, that there is a Merging of the two Bodies, or does the Body campaign live eternal in the Body presidential?
